It‘s bummed to us if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, we gladly accept returns postmarked within 20 days from the purchase date and we have made the returns so easy for you!
Process for self-help return
1. Sign in to your AAMORE account.
2. Find the order in My Orders, click the “Return Item” button.
3. Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reasons, and submit.
4. Select the mailing method: self-sending or pick-up service (choose the pick-up address and post office required information).
5. The logistics company will contact you as soon as possible, please wait for the courier to pick up the package or take the sealed package to the nearby mailing point and send to the address of AAMORE return center.
6. We will confirm the parcel immediately after we receive the return, update the status of the return and refund within 20 working days.
Return with the help of customer service
1. Please contact Customer Service by submitting a ticket on our site, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. We will get back to you within 24 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
3. Drop off your package at the local post office.
4. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue a refund to your AAMORE wallet if we are not otherwise informed to refund to your payment account in advance. Wallet balance can be used on your next purchase or be withdrawn to your payment account. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
1. We only accept returns postmarked within 20 days from the purchase date.
Orders must be delivered.
2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets).
3. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts can't be returned.
4. Items with 'non-returnable', 'flash sale', 'promotion item cannot be returned' marks as well as free gifts, can't be returned and exchanged.
Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
6. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
7. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
Note: Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We will not be held responsible for the return of non-AAMORE items.
Returns will be processed within 7 days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to your AAMORE Wallet or the original payment account per your request. If the order is free shipping, postage will not be deducted.
The pick-up service charge will be deducted from the total refund and the self-sending shipping fee will be at your own cost.
If you wish to return the items to the nearest return address, please submit a ticket in your account, our customer service representative will get back to you within 24 hours.
Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our returns address and will affect the processing of your return.
